The married to Panamanian visa gives you the opportunity to obtain permanent residence in the country.
To apply for this permit, foreign applicants must have contracted with Panamanians and live in conditions of uniqueness, stability, and continuity within the marriage bed.
Because immigration laws state that the National Immigration Service may deny entry or residence to someone married to a Panamanian country (as) for reasons of health, integrity, public safety, economic or social need, the Panamanian foreign marriage (as) does not provide a right of residence in Panama.
