MARRIED WITH PANAMANIAN VISA

BY purposes of family reunification

To apply for this permit foreign applicants must have contracted with Panamanians (as) and must live in conditions of uniqueness, stability and continuity within the marriage bed.

The Panamanian foreign marriage (as), does not provide a right of residence Panama, as immigration laws establish the National Immigration Service may for reasons of health, integrity, public safety, economic or social need deny entry or residence married to a Panamanian country (as).

REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES:

  • You must include a complete copy of the passport and must be collated by Panamanian Notary.
  • Police Record or certification boards background. In case of countries where no such document is issued, the applicant must provide proof or certification of a diplomatic agent or consul of his country accredited by the Government of Panama, where it is stated that his country does not issue such a certificate with a statement affidavit made before a notary public, in saying that you have no criminal record or criminal.
  • Medical certificate of good health. It is recommended that it be handled during his visit to Panama.
  • Make payments to the national government allocated as follows: $ 250.00 for the national treasury in royalties by the application of a migration category, and $ 800.0 dollars for migration and repatriation deposit. These payments can be made with certified checks.

NOTE: All documentation that comes from abroad must be authenticated by Panama Consul or Apostille abroad.
Additional Requirements:

  • You must provide a marriage certificate issued by the Civil Registry, if the marriage took place abroad must be registered in the Civil Registry of Panama.
  • Must provide birth certificate Panamanian spouse, granted by the registrar.
  • Must provide birth certificate if you have Panamanian children.
  • A copy of the identity card Panamanian spouse (a) certified by the Civil Registry.
  • A work permit with a copy of the passport of the person concerned.
  • In the case of being retired or pensioner status must show documentation. If you meet this requirement need not described above.
  • Proof of national income sources may be:
    • Charter working
    • Social Security Card
    • Bank letter or statement Revenue spouse own or receipt.
    • A letter of responsibility Panamanian spouse (a).
    • The marriage interview.
    • A proof of address.

PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS CATEGORIES

DEPENDENT PERMITS permanent residents

People who may qualify for this permit are the spouses, children under 18 and disabled relatives dependent parent of a permanent resident. The interested between 18 and 25 years, must deliver

  • A certification of where studies showing student status to full-time and regular
  • Declaration of bachelorhood
  • Proof of sufficient funds
  • A copy of the tax return with his good standing and must meet the same minimum income of $ 1,000.00 per month plus one hundred for each dependent.
  • A letter from your current job or tab checkbook box copy of social security and work permit.
